Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Contempee, a fast-growing e-commerce brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple paid digital marketing platforms and email marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to achieve a specific Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with our creative team to design and implement new campaign ideas and creative assets.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including creating email content calendars and providing weekly performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies and improve ROAS.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and efficient.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook (Meta).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing and campaign creation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
