Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Contempee, a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the home decor niche. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple paid digital marketing platforms and email marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
About the Job:
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to achieve a specific Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with our creative team to design and implement new campaign ideas and creative assets.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide regular reports to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our campaigns are always on-trend and effective.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in paid media management, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook (Meta).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in email marketing and campaign creation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
