About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team at CRP Group Global Ltd, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our sales reach across the UK.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential customers to build new business opportunities and expand sales reach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the new account process, ensuring seamless transitions and long-term partnerships.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records on our CRM system, providing valuable insights for future business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with a focus on delivering results.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • An annual bonus of up to 20% of salary based on performance.
  • A company vehicle fully expensed for business use, perfect for commuting and client meetings.

Location: Based in Leicester, Peterborough, Norwich, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
