About the Role

You will be working under the supervision of the Registered Dietitian, providing support for therapeutic interventions, collecting and monitoring baseline nutritional data and reviewing the young person's nutritional needs. This is a rewarding role that requires a caring and supportive attitude towards young people with eating disorders.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within a CAMHS and/or eating disorder service.
  • The NCFE CACHE level 2 Certificate in Healthcare Support Services OR The NCFE CACHE level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support.
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of nutrition and dietetics as it relates to eating disorders.
  • An understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with mental health problems or other disabilities.
