National Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a National Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and delivering sales budgets, and contributing to the company's future strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to drive business growth
- Lead a team of internal and external sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall sales strategy and tactics
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A familiarity with medical training and simulation products is an asset.
