About this Opportunity:

Last Mile Logistics is a critical component of Ericsson's supply chain, responsible for the final stages of product delivery to customers. As a Last Mile Logistics Lead, you will be accountable for ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations, from inventory management to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate order plans based on project schedules, material availability, and supply lead times.
  • Manage Finished Goods (FG) and Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory levels, making informed decisions to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to standardize and optimize Last Mile logistics models, resulting in cost savings and improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply, Projects, and Customer Service, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Own the relationship with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to generalize and see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
