As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing a safe and nurturing environment that enables them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Support the teacher in delivering lessons and activities to small groups and individuals
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them to develop resilience, social skills, and self-esteem
- Assist with the production of classroom and specialist resources, using ICT to support teaching and learning
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being of all pupils
