Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in West Yorkshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in delivering educational activities and assisting with classroom management and student supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities and assisting with classroom management and student supervision
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties and preparing learning materials and resources
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and working effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and Enhanced DBS check
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths and prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
