About the Role:
The Keystone Academy in Shrewsbury, Shropshire is looking for a dedicated counsellor to provide emotional support to its students. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to pupil care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one and group counselling sessions
- Develop and maintain relationships with pupils, parents, and teachers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes
