Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team at Benton Park School. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will be responsible for providing efficient, timely, and professional maintenance and security services on school buildings and grounds.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance and security services on school buildings and grounds in line with the buildings management plan, policies, and procedures.
  • Act as a key holder, ensuring all school premises and associated premises are secure, including the safe locking and unlocking of premises and appropriate security checks are conducted.
  • Liaise with LCC Security and/or the Police as required.
  • Work with the Facilities Team to ensure the smooth operation of school facilities.
