A leading multidisciplinary consultancy, Brandon James Ltd, is seeking an experienced Safety Director to oversee and guide a talented team of professionals dedicated to ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and delivering high-quality safety and design management services.

The Safety Director Role

The successful Safety Director will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring effective risk management.
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of safety documentation, including F10 notifications, pre-construction information, and construction phase plans.
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on health and safety matters.
  • Promoting a positive health and safety culture within the organisation and across all projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in a senior health and safety role within the construction or engineering industry.
  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
