Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to drive growth by working closely with our customers. This role involves identifying new opportunities, deepening relationships, and increasing customer lifetime value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with internal teams to ensure customers achieve their strategic goals.
  • Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive recurring revenue.
  • Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor account health and prevent churn.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on location)

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Account Management or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of maturing supply chain processes and technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
