We are currently seeking a Behavioural mentor to join our team, working with students in our partner schools across Newton Abbot, Devon. This part-time role requires an individual with a background in sports or sports coaching, who shares our enthusiasm for education and youth development.

  1. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS, PROMOTING THEIR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
  2. SUPPORT TEACHERS IN DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATION, ENCOURAGING ENGAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION.
  3. COLLABORATE WITH SCHOOL STAFF TO CREATE A POSITIVE AND INCLUSIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
