Nursery Director

We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant nursery and make a real difference in young lives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all policies and safeguarding procedures.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a warm, welcoming environment.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of passionate educators, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Oversee curriculum planning to ensure it meets the developmental needs of every child.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring the nursery runs smoothly and sustainably.
- Monitor and uphold high standards of care and education in line with Ofsted requirements.
- Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) with previous nursery management experience.
- Proven ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and create a positive workplace culture.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and early years development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- A passion for fostering children's learning and development, helping them to reach their full potential.
