Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) with previous nursery management experience
* Proven ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and create a positive workplace culture
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and early years development
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A passion for fostering children's learning and development
