Muddy Boots have an exciting opportunity for a new position for an Operations Assistant.

The main roles and responsibilities will be:

- Part time admin work as advised by the directors.
- Cover in nurseries across BCP as and when needed to cover staff holiday and sickness.
- To use initiative to complete tasks and organise diaries in response to the needs of the business.
- Support in the care, learning and development of children.
- To create innovative ideas to help develop and enhance day to day practice.
- Support the teams at all nurseries, with good practice.
- To offer advice based on experience where appropriate.

Established in 2014, the dream was to start a nursery where children can spend as much time as possible outside, where they can explore, learn, get dirty, challenge themselves, test out ideas and grow their imaginations.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our team with experience or a willingness to learn.The applicant must hold a level 3 qualification minimum with previous experience in childcare. A clear and valid UK driving licence and a clear DBS.

**Salary**: £18,742.50 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Poole: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 5 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
