Job Summary
CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to lead a team of nine in a dynamic and growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis
Analyze data on low, medium, and high-risk customers and review the accuracy of automated scorecards to ensure effective risk management.
Credit ReviewParticipate in credit review meetings with the senior leadership team, providing in-depth analysis of customers who have gone into administrations, high exposure risks, industry updates, and credit assessment SLA overviews.
Exposure ManagementManage data on credit exposure levels and ensure regular meetings are held with all credit and senior credit underwriters to fully understand the reasons behind why exposure levels are at a certain level.
Reporting and ApprovalProduce both reports and approval requests for the board, including analysis of the information and commentary behind the information.
Feedback and CollaborationManage feedback from other departments within the business and take actions where necessary to ensure effective collaboration and risk management.
Business AlignmentUnderstand wider business needs and hold regular catchups with all departments who work closely with the Credit Assessment team to help achieve business objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
