**JOB SUMMARY**:
- Full Time, Temporary- Office based- Marlow, Buckinghamshire- Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour- REF: J1043045CFThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Marlow, and support their Operations department for approx. 4 months.
The key duties for this role include:
- Acting as a point of contact for customers and colleagues for queries in relation to credit requests for returns.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Dealing with daily Return requests, indicating whether a request has been approved or denied, or if further information is required.
- Ensuring all returns are administered in an effective and efficient manner and in line with the Company and Customer returns policies.
- Coordinate returns activities with customers and distribution centres.
- Arrange for Return Order Acknowledgment after approval and organise to have replacement items shipped or for items to be returned for credited.
- Maintain and manage a database of all product returns and exchanges.
- Verify all forms, reports and records relating to product returns.
- Issue approved credits notes by matching them to invoices on the purchase ledger.
- Follow process in order to manage and co-ordinate workload.
The key skills and requirements for this role include:
- Good knowledge of Returns and Queries processes within a Customer Service Environment
- Strong analytical skills
- PC literate and good knowledge of Office package
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
