Job Title: Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse

Location: HMP Highdown, Surrey

Salary: £35,392 - £42,618 per annum

About the Role:

The Forward Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Highdown. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions to service users
  • Work collaboratively with the intergrated substance misuse team to achieve treatment goals
  • Support service users in their recovery journey

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
