We are seeking an experienced SENCO Cover Supervisor to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our education support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with special educational needs in a Primary School setting.

Your role will involve covering classes, developing and implementing effective teaching methods, and working closely with teaching staff to support students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs). You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of inclusive education strategies and practices within the school.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a classroom or educational setting, preferably with SEN experience.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Benefits and Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated at £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a long-term contract with opportunities for extension or flexible working arrangements.
