**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Event Readiness Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all operational aspects of the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 are ready for delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in event management, with experience in planning and executing large-scale events.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Event Readiness Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Researching and planning readiness exercises for the tournament, including logistics and content
  • Leading the delivery of exercises for both workforce and external stakeholders
  • Preparing detailed plans for all elements of the 'Desktop Exercising' stream within the Readiness Programme

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience delivering all elements of readiness activities, including desktop scenarios and simulations
  • Experience working on major events with a detailed understanding of operational requirements and challenges
  • Strong communication and written skills

**Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on a high-profile event and contribute to the growth of women's rugby.

**Location**

This role is based in Webb Ellis House, Twickenham. You will be required to work on-site during peak periods.
