About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team at VWV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client and matter data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and review the creation of client and matter records
  • Chase and coordinate the resolution of matters on hold
  • Set up the Intapp Open dashboard for new team members
  • Advise staff on tasks in Intapp Open and the firm's database, Infor
  • Update client and matter data for accurate billing
  • Review and maintain existing data
  • Support data cleaning initiatives to improve data integrity
  • Contribute to the manual of CMI tasks
  • Help test and implement modifications to the Intapp Open database
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong IT skills, particularly in managing databases and spreadsheets. You will also need to be a professional and efficient communicator, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
