Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide production operation support for ODI, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems.
  • Install, configure, and operate Exadata and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products.
  • Deliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support.
  • Analyze product problems to find resolutions and resolve new and complex issues.
  • Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments.
  • Educate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, benefits, and patches.
  • Deliver client-specific and proactive support of dedicated CCS customers to ensure operational excellence of Oracle Infrastructure & Platform deployments in the Cloud, on premise or both.
Requirements:
  • At least 6-10 years' hands-on experience in working with Oracle Database and Infrastructure products, in particular Oracle Engineered Systems including Exadata, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or comparable platforms.
  • Strong proven Oracle DBA experience is a prerequisite.
  • Hands-on experience with GoldenGate or Oracle security products.
  • Advanced OS Administration skills with Unix/Linux are essential, additional Solaris, Solaris-Cluster, and Windows skills are a plus.
  • UK Government security clearance required or eligible to be security cleared.
