Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of Support Workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service, including allocation of shifts, training, and supervision.
- Support individuals with their daily lives, including managing finances, medication, and personal care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the service meets regulatory requirements.
