Job Title: Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team at Clear Channel UK. As a key member of our Construction department, you will provide administrative support to our Construction Manager and Project Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative services, including reporting, analysis, and planning application preparation
  • Support the provision of quotes, utilities clearances, and permits
  • Liaise with external contractors and internal teams
  • Coordinate ad hoc projects and provide general administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to implement procedures accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
