Senior Designer Opportunity

Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join a successful creative agency. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for transforming people's experiences through inspiring visual creations that stop them in their tracks, make them think, and help them never forget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Interpret and deliver design briefs from internal team members and external clients
  2. Develop and deliver design and artwork for various projects and media types
  3. Support the design team with design services and contribute to the introduction of new technologies and design methods
  4. Collaborate with clients to provide creative design solutions and work closely with the design team to deliver innovative project results
  5. Work with the design manager and print team to develop and execute new ways of working, ideas, and equipment
  6. Contribute to maintaining the company's reputation as a highly creative business
  7. Stay up-to-date with new and emerging design trends to ensure continuous innovation

This is not an exhaustive list, and you will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other duties as reasonably required by management.

Requirements
  1. Professional design experience with a high level of expertise in various design media
  2. Experience working within corporate organizations
  3. Strong visualizing, design, and creative skills
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  5. Ability to coordinate digital files, people, and time
  6. Project logistics and organization skills
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  9. Willingness to work outside normal office hours if required
