Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students in lessons, promoting engagement and learning.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement strategies to meet student needs.
- Support students during breaks and lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with students with challenging behaviors and emotional difficulties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
The salary for this role is £24,763 - £27,002 per annum, plus benefits including LGPS Pension Scheme, Westfield Health membership, and academy laptop.
LocationThis role is based at Esteem North Academy, High Peak Site, with occasional travel to other academy sites.
