Key Responsibilities- Carry out all aspects of internal and external painting in domestic and commercial buildings, including stripping and papering walls, ceilings, and staircases.
- Use elements of the skills of other general trades to meet the target of first-time fix where it is efficient and appropriate to do so.
- Contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing and the achievement of high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Protect health and safety by carrying out work in a safe and efficient manner.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter who has:
- Experience of working in all aspects of painting works.
- Qualified, certified & trained Joiner to NVQ3 or C&G Advance Craft.
- Full and valid driving licence.
- Experience of communicating with customers with differing needs.
- Experience of carrying out investigations and tests to identify faults and the root cause of issues and implement lasting solutions.
- A well-organised and a methodical approach to completing tasks and prioritisation skills.
