About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Roofer to join our team at Leicestershire County Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our assets, ensuring they meet statutory minimum standards for housing.
About the Role
As a Multiskilled Roofer, you will contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing, improving landlord and tenant relationships, and protecting health and safety. You will also support the maintenance of assets, including repairs, new build, and contract environments.
About You
To be successful, you will have experience in all aspects of Roofing, be qualified, certified, and trained in a second trade (Suitable trades include: Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, and Bricklaying), and be able to use power tools and plant safely.
