Band 8 Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Band 8 Clinical Leadership Opportunity. This is a part-time role that requires 20.5 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team in providing holistic and multi-dimensional care to young people with drug and alcohol related issues.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in substance misuse and/or youth mental health, as well as experience at band 7 or above within a community/mental health environment. They should also possess a management qualification or be willing to undertake a Trust ILM Certificate.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the role offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
Working ArrangementsThis role is based within the NHS and requires the successful candidate to work closely with other professionals to deliver excellent outcomes for young people impacted by substance use.
