We are seeking a skilled Registered Manager to lead our residential home for adults with Learning Disabilities in Mundesley, near Norwich. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and overseeing day-to-day operations with compassion and efficiency.

**Job Overview**

  • Lead a team of dedicated care staff, including Deputies, to provide high-quality care to residents.
  • Grow the home from 6 residents to a thriving 8-resident haven.
  • Embrace a role that's as fulfilling as it is scenic, with opportunities to inspire and develop a motivated team.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum, inclusive of a generous holiday package of 33 days per year. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a motivated team to drive the home forward.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering exceptional care and leading a team. You should also be able to inspire and develop a dedicated care staff.

**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
