Civils Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Project Manager to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from the pre-construction stage to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and engineers to review and approve design documents.
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, including organizing the schedule of works and programmes.
- Work closely with the procurement team to plan and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment.
- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring quality control.
- Promote and maintain health and safety standards, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance.
- Manage subcontractor schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Attend site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that construction projects meet agreed technical standards, maintaining quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and client representatives to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Hold a deep understanding of the construction industry, including legal documentation surrounding construction (JCT, NEC).
- Have knowledge of Maths and IT, with proficiency in MS Project and basic AUTOCAD experience.
- Possess strong leadership skills, business management skills, and the ability to use your initiative.
- Have good verbal communication skills, strong written skills, and a current SMSTS and First Aid certification.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
