Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and engineers to check design documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing schedules of works and programmes.
  • Manage the procurement process, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are sourced and delivered on time.
  • Oversee the management of construction sites, including supervising labor forces, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Attend site meetings to monitor progress and ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure that all construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
  • Liaise with technical and financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
