Civils Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Project Manager to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Check design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing schedules of works and programmes.
- Manage the procurement process, including the buying of necessary materials and equipment.
- Oversee the management of construction sites on a day-to-day basis, including supervising labour forces, monitoring subcontractors, and checking materials.
- Promote and maintain health and safety on site, including conducting regular site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.
- Manage subcontractor schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Attend site meetings to monitor progress and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
- Ensure that construction projects meet agreed technical standards through quality management.
- Liaise with technical and financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams, and client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery.
- You will have a deep understanding of the construction industry and legal documentation surrounding construction.
- You will have knowledge of Maths and IT, as well as strong leadership and business management skills.
- You will be able to use your initiative and have good verbal and written communication skills.
- You will hold current SMSTS and First Aid certifications and have in-depth knowledge of MS Project.
- You will have basic AUTOCAD experience and a full UK driving licence.
- You will have the right to work in the UK.
