We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Project Manager to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from the pre-construction stage to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Check design documents with architects, surveyors, and engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing schedules of works and programmes.
  • Manage the procurement process, including the buying of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Oversee the management of construction sites, including supervising labour forces, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring quality control.
  • Promote and maintain health and safety on site, including conducting regular site inspections.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend site meetings to monitor progress and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Ensure that all construction projects meet agreed technical standards, including quality management and compliance with relevant regulations.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civils Project Manager who has a strong understanding of the construction industry, including legal documentation surrounding construction (JCT, NEC). You should have excellent leadership and business management skills, as well as the ability to use your initiative and work independently. You should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with technical and financial staff, subcontractors, and clients.
