Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager - Corporate Tax Senior Manager
Job Description:
TPF Recruitment is working with a fantastic, well-known firm of chartered accountants who have a fantastic reputation across the South East. Our client is a market leading, Top 15 firm of chartered accountants, that provides a wide array of accounting services to a completely mixed client portfolio. This includes sole traders, LLPs and Ltd companies through to significantly sized national and international groups. As a business, they have had a real focus on strengthening their corporate tax presence and are now looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their highly successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the local partners in delivering a range of tax work.
- Work with a wide range of clients from owner-managed companies and quoted groups to local and national charities.
- Be involved in compliance and ad hoc advisory work and business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new work.
- Deliver general corporate tax consultancy, which may include:
- Group reorganisations.
- Advice on structuring acquisitions.
- Due diligence work and SPA reviews.
- Corporate debt, particularly in a group context.
- Research & Development tax relief / Patent Box.
- International tax advice (structuring / financing / transfer pricing).
- Capital allowances reviews.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified.
- Developed career to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels with a corporate tax focused career background.
- Experience in both in-house and/or accountancy practice firm background.
- Mix of compliance and planning skills.
- Expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work.
Benefits:
- £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
