Our client is a leading Top 15 firm of chartered accountants that provides a wide range of accounting services to a diverse client portfolio, including sole traders, LLPs, Ltd companies, national, and international groups.

About the Role:

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with local partners to deliver a range of tax work, including compliance and advisory services. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed companies and quoted groups to local and national charities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general corporate tax consultancy services, including group reorganisations, structuring acquisitions, due diligence work, and corporate debt management.
  • Provide research and development tax relief, patent box, and international tax advice, including structuring, financing, and transfer pricing.
  • Conduct capital allowances reviews and provide corporate tax advisory project work.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with a strong background in corporate tax.
  • Proven experience in compliance and planning skills, with expertise in corporate tax advisory project work.
  • Ability to work on a wide range of projects and develop technical skills in a supportive team environment.
