The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Commercial Account Manager to provide exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our commercial clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day enquires, renewal preparation, cross-selling, and negotiating new policies with existing clients
- Maintaining existing relationships and long-term customer relationships through effective communication and sales growth
- Reviewing and processing amendments to policies arising from changes to cover and circumstance
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling (including financial services)

Requirements
- Previous experience working in the Commercial Insurance industry is essential
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT literacy and proficient using MS Office Applications
- Minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths & English
- Full driving licence and access to your own car for customer visits

Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum
