Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
The Brave Human Capital Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join their team in Brackley. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a commercial account management role
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
