Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide effective coordination and staff management for the Dermatology team based at the BRI, Bristol.

Main Duties

  • The post holder will coordinate, administer, and manage staff, ideally in a hospital environment, though other experience will be considered.
  • You will demonstrate good leadership and teamwork qualities, managing and prioritizing your own and your team's workload appropriately.
  • You will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, working well under pressure and using your own initiative as required.

Person Specification

  • Educated to GCSE, grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
  • Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience

Skills and Abilities

  • Effective and polite manner when dealing with people, both face-to-face and on the phone
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy team, adjust to change, and motivate others

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
