We are seeking passionate individuals who have experience of working with children and thrive on direct work and providing support in a residential setting. Strong communication skills, innovation, and a passion for work are essential.

This role involves managing routines, setting goals for young people, timekeeping, and facilitating a learning culture in the centre. This is a critical period for UAS children during their early stages in the UK.

The service offers full induction, training and development opportunities, basic salary between £26,515 and £28,850, and relocation packages up to £8,000. Annual leave allowance is 27 days (29 days after 5 years service), and there are excellent local government pension scheme opportunities.
