We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Student Engagement and Success team at University College Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of improving student engagement and success, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work closely with colleagues across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and success
  • Lead the Student Engagement and Success team to deliver institution-wide events and 1:1 support
  • Work closely with the directorate's senior management team to strengthen our approach to supporting students
