Job Overview

Gap Personnel is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our prestigious client, a leading cleaning services provider in Gloucestershire. As an Administrator, your primary role will be to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations of the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage emails, phone calls, and client inquiries, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate bookings.
  • Data Management: Handle invoicing, data entry, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Team Support: Assist the team with general office tasks and provide administrative support as needed.
Window Cleaning Duties (Occasional)
  • Assist with window cleaning tasks during staff sickness or holidays.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed at all times while performing cleaning tasks.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients and ensure windows are left spotless.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration.
  • Willingness to assist with physical tasks, including window cleaning, when required.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Available at short notice to provide window cleaning cover.
  • Driving license essential.
  • Experience in window cleaning is not required, full training will be provided.
