About the Role

Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management is seeking a Senior Financial Crime Risk Manager and Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the Group Head of Financial Crime and Money Laundering Reporting Officer in overseeing and maintaining effective anti-money laundering and financial crime controls across the HL Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the 2LOD controls testing plan and perform the role of Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer across all 4 of HL's regulated entities.
  • Act as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer in supporting the Group Head of Financial Crime and Money Laundering Reporting Officer in overseeing all anti-money laundering and financial crime controls at HL, including the 4 key controls teams of Financial Crime Advisory, Fraud, Market Abuse and AML/Sanctions.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for designing and managing the 2LOD controls testing plan and performing the role of Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer across all 4 of HL's regulated entities. You will also act as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer in supporting the Group Head of Financial Crime and Money Laundering Reporting Officer in overseeing all anti-money laundering and financial crime controls at HL.
