The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Code of Conduct, and Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulations. You will also possess excellent commercial judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for internal compliance and audit across the firm, including financial crime, file review, conflicts, code of conduct, and AML. You will also maintain the firm's regulatory breach register, draft and amend policies and procedures, and support the GC in establishing a market-leading risk team.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, 28 days holiday, private medical insurance, internal learning and development opportunities, and a flexible working policy.
