Job Title: Service Development Analyst

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank that aims to finance infrastructure for tomorrow in Asia and beyond. We are seeking a highly skilled Service Development Analyst to join our team in Beijing, China.

The successful candidate will assist the Ombudsperson and the Office of the Ombudsperson (OMB) in developing and hosting the Mediation Scheme. This will involve collecting and analyzing benchmarking information from other international organizations, developing and managing a mediation log system, coordinating with external mediators, and promoting the mediation services in AIIB.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as conflict resolution, psychology, counseling, law, management, or social sciences. They will also have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational organization and/or a multicultural environment.

The Service Development Analyst will be responsible for conducting research on topics pertinent to conflict resolution and organizational management, supporting the planning and execution of OMB events, and developing and enhancing independent data collection and analytics systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a highly confidential environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
