The Client

A leading Wealth Management firm with a strong presence in the industry.

The Role

The Business Analyst will support the Wealth Management business and Client Services department in enhancing process efficiency and productivity.

The Business Analyst area of focus will include project work, system development, new business integration, exception reporting, and regulatory compliance.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with senior management on various tasks and projects as required and will liaise with the Development Team to create a Client Services integration framework.

The Business Analyst will support the Heads of Client Services in reviewing departmental procedures and projects, as well as current processes on a regular basis.

The Business Analyst will work with IT to improve large-scale data changes and create a documented list of exception reports and implement them in Business as Usual (BAU).

The Business Analyst is expected to attend project meetings, liaise with third parties, and improve client communication processes.

The Business Analyst will be proactive in developing knowledge of the industry and market. Undertake and record relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skills.

The Candidate

1-2 years minimum experience in Project Management or Business Analysis within Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management or Front Office exposure – Client Services.
