Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Analyst/Manager to join our Corporation Service Company team. As a key member of our Service Transformation initiative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Delivery: Ensure consistent delivery of the CSC Promise to our clients, providing a high-quality experience and meeting service-level agreements.
  • Team Leadership: Drive teammates to meet goals and deadlines, monitoring progress and reporting results to the team daily.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and assist with projects received from internal teams, including registry launches and vendor consolidations.
  • Service Escalation: Act as a service escalation point for clients in the region, providing timely and effective resolution to issues.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the DBS Service Excellence and Change Coach teams to drive process improvements and ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Training and Development: Partner with Market Leaders to recommend training needs and identify training gaps and plans.
  • Mentorship: Support the mentoring of new team members and provide guidance and support to direct team colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to organize and manage projects independently, driving them forward to completion.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).
