Senior Business Analyst (SharePoint SC Clearance) Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in SharePoint and a passion for delivering large-scale migration projects?

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Client Server, a leading European technology consultancy with close ties to Microsoft. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of a significant SharePoint migration project for a public sector client, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions.

About the Role

  • Lead workshops and meetings to identify opportunities for process improvement via SharePoint, including document management, collaboration, and workflows.
  • Develop detailed business and functional requirements documentation (use cases, process flows, data mapping) and work closely with technical teams to ensure SharePoint configurations and customizations meet the requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

About You

  • You are a Senior Business Analyst with advanced requirements gathering and documentation skills.
  • You have experience of working on large-scale SharePoint migrations, with a strong knowledge of document libraries, content types, workflows, and permissions management.
  • You're a skilled communicator, have experience of running customer workshops, and have advanced stakeholder management skills.
  • You have a good knowledge of SharePoint integration into other systems, such as Microsoft 365 apps, Power Automate, or third-party solutions.
  • Please note: You must have SC Clearance (or ability to achieve it) due to the nature of the project/client.
