Senior Business Analyst (SharePoint SC Clearance) Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in SharePoint to join our team at Client Server Ltd. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading large-scale SharePoint migrations for public sector clients, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops and meetings to identify opportunities for process improvement via SharePoint, including document management, collaboration, and workflows.
  • Develop detailed business and functional requirements documentation, including use cases, process flows, and data mapping.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure SharePoint configurations and customizations meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions.

Requirements:

  • Senior Business Analyst with advanced requirements gathering and documentation skills.
  • Experience of working on large-scale SharePoint migrations, with a strong knowledge of document libraries, content types, workflows, and permissions management.
  • Skilled communicator with experience of running customer workshops and advanced stakeholder management skills.
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint integration into other systems, such as Microsoft 365 apps, Power Automate, or third-party solutions.
  • SC Clearance (or ability to achieve it) due to the nature of the project/client.
